How to Enable or Disable Windows Task Manager

Click Start -> Run, and then type regedit, then press Enter. In Windows Vista, just type regedit in Start Search, and press Enter.
Navigate to the following registry key:
To block Task Manager from current logged on user:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

To block Task Manager on local computer for all users:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Note that if “System” does not exist, simply create a new key by right clicking on Policies, and select New -> Key, and name the new folder as System.
Right click System registry key, and then select New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Name the new registry entry as DisableTaskMgr.
Double click on DisableTaskMgr, and assign its value data as 1.
Quit Registry Editor.

With immediate effect, user can no longer run or open Task Manager. Any attempt to run “taskmgr.exe” or using Ctrl+Shift+Esc or Ctrl-Alt-Del (via Windows Security dialog) key combination will has the error message saying “Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator”.

Beside, the Task Manager item in right click context menu is grayed out and disabled when user right click on Taskbar.

How to Disable Task Manager

Task Manager is now available. The hack or trick works in most Windows operating system, including Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003/2008.

Imagine if someone steals your car... you can configure the device to send a sms message to you when the car is in movement, the sms contains a GPS coordinates and the speed the car is going.

Triple Thrills is an amusement park with four of those "crazy fun" that we find in "normal parks" at ground level, but these were installed on top of the Stratosphere Hotel Casino Las Vegas.

This seems a good amusement park for those who like strong emotions, since it does not suffer from heart problems. Now imagine being on top of the LA on one of these things??!!!!

This park as an switchback, the second "fun" is an elevator that rises to the sky and then sank to reach the lower limit, making people feel the effect of up to four times the gravitational force!

The other fun is a kind of a slide, the fact is that people will throw down, but at the last time he ...... stop!
And for the last is the most crazy of the four "entertainment" of the amusement park. People sit in "chair of torture". After the set starts to spin at high speed.
By centrifugal force the mechanism starts to open and see what happens......

A Malay site said from reliable source of information on the dates of release of Service Pack 2 for Windows Vista.
The site TechARP.com says that Microsoft will distribute the Service Pack 2 (SP2) of Windows Vista to manufacturing in April 2009, two months after a final version available for testing.

According to Microsoft, Windows Vista SP2 will include Windows Search 4, protocol support Bluetooth 2.1, starts faster from the suspension in memory and support for Blu-ray. Some of these updates are, however, available for several months through individual updates.

I have found the Easus Partition Manager Home Edition, it's a free software that allows you to resize your hard drive through a simple, friendly graphical environment. The software allows you to create, delete, move and resize partitions.

EASEUS works fine with RAID hardware and with systems like Windows 2000/XP/Vista.

There is another version of Easeus Partiton Manager, is the Server version but unfortunately this is NOT free.
